Parasite Cleanse with Herbs and Zapper

Parasite overgrowth such as these Ropeworms (photo below) are something you can do without. I finally killed all these critters after balancing my mineral levels by the way of hair testing, supplements and diet. Most importantly I detoxed heavy metals like mercury and lead. This has to be done right and it took me years to clear. I’m unsure how these toxin levels got so high but they were the reason behind so many issues.

I spent years trying to kill parasites and and do all these minor fixes but they only returned because I had an underlying toxicity issue. These toxins disrupt so many bodily functions it can be a futile fight trying to deal with all the effects of chronic poisoning. Even if you haven’t had amalgams, please suspect chronic toxicity if you have ongoing health issues.

These zappers can be good maintenance while you get well and stay well. I had come across Dr Hulda Clark’s Zapper many times over the years and decided it was worth a go. As a trial, I made my own simple zapper with instructions from www.positiveoffset.com The instructions cost $10, but they also sell a professional model below. I am in no way connected to this business, I only researched them.

As good as these gadgets and the tonic below are, I’ve learnt that to really get on top of why the unwanted parasites are there in the first place is because of lifestyle, diet and toxic burden. If the environment doesn’t change then they will just keep returning. Maintenance programs are great but this website and my book is about keeping yourself in balance so these bugs don’t get out of control. Parasite populations shouldn’t get out of hand if some basic principles are followed. Heavy metals like mercury must be removed from your body. This takes time but the rewards are huge.

As you can see, it’s fiddly work.

My two pronged attack on parasites includes Dr Malcolm Harker’s Intestinal Cleanser or otherwise known as Vermez. It contains Wormwood, Green Walnut and a few other natural bug killers. There are many similar products available around the world. So here is my kit below. I hold the copper handles which connect to the device, which is powered by a 9V battery.

Parasite Kit

The routine is 7 minutes on, 20 min break, another 7 mins on, 20 min break, and then a final 7 minute session. The small electrical pulsing is designed to kill bacteria, protozoa and other small parasites. You don’t feel any zapping. I think I would have more faith in the pro model, than mine, but it should be fine. Moral of the story – go the commercial model or buy the ready to make kit from PositiveOffset.

Dr Hulda Clark wrote a few books while she was alive and most of them can be found online for free in PDF format. The Cure for all Diseases is one of them and it’s a good read if you are into natural health therapies.

Excess copper and mercury can also be an issue for overgrowth of ‘bugs’. Hair tests are a good way to see what’s going on. They are more expensive than blood tests but way more informative. The blood will always do it’s best to stay ‘perfect’, it’s what happening in your tissues and cells that’s important.

Get the metals out and so many other issues resolve.

Understanding Retracing & Healing Reactions.

It’s taking me a while to get used to “retracing”. Retracing, or Healing Reactions, are part of the healing process. The closer I follow my program, the more these reactions seem to occur. As my body gets stronger, it ‘goes back’ and heals old infections, wounds and injuries from the past. It’s impossible to know exactly what is happening but there may be some detoxing occurring or chronic infections finally being dealt with. My vitality is meant to increase every time these reactions occur. Healing crises or reactions are an essential part of deep healing methods so it’s good news that these are happening. Apparently most people have some chronic infections. Perhaps this is why the same symptoms occur when people get sick; it’s really just a flare-up of an underlying infection that is chronic but isn’t bad enough to warrant doing anything about.

I’ve had all sorts of strange symptoms and feelings over the last 5 months. The latest is a very uncomfortable inner ear infection/inflammation that has been lurking in the background for over 10 years but has finally come to the surface. Over the last 3 weeks it has worsened to the point where I need to do something about it.

I was making plans to contact my regular doctor but guessed that antibiotics would be the only solution and I didn’t want that. The natural solution for infections would be Colloidal Silver so I have started on that.

Update 23rd May 2014: I decided not to go to the mainstream doctor but adjust my supplements to a level that made my symptoms tolerable. This was successful and it was just  a case of being patient while my body solved these apparent chronic infections by itself. So I continue to make slow  and steady progress, which is good.

I’ve learnt that in terms of what and how many supplements I take isn’t set in stone by a program or any health practitioner. It can be based on that but ultimately it comes down to how I am feeling while taking them. It has taken a while to make decisions based on ‘feel’ than a set program or instructions. Our bodies are constantly changing and therefore we have to adapt and fine tune our programs as we heal.

First Repeat Hair Test – April 2014

After 4 or 5 months working hard sticking to their program and with a dash of my program thrown in, I was surprised to get good results. It’s probably because I don’t feel that much better but things change so slowly that improvements aren’t obvious. Along with the test itself, I have included the Audio analysis so people can get a better idea of how these tests are interpreted. My mercury and lead excretion has increased so this is good. My core minerals like Calcium and Magnesium have also increased so this is also good. My supplement regimen has been changed slightly but everything else has stayed the same.

One thing I would like to mention is ‘retracing’. Retracing is when your body has what it needs to start dealing with old injuries whether they be emotional or physical. For about 4 weeks I was very much zombie like and was certain that the supplements were poisoning me or something. I think my adrenals decided they needed some time off and they went to sleep because I remember lying down occasionally and not being able to lift my arm up or leg up. I had seized. There were a few emotional ups and downs too and I was tempted to stop but once I understood retracing, I reacted as little as possible and just ‘watched’ these strange symptoms without panicking. Not reacting to all the things I used to react to is playing a huge role in my recovery. I’ll discuss that in the next post.

The link below will go to a PDF copy of my test. I have also taken 2 photos (quality not great) of the test and posted them further below so you can listen to the audio while looking at the test. Alternatively save the PDF to your computer and come back to open the audio. That might be easier.

I hope this gives you some idea of how Hair Tests are interpreted and that for severe long term cases, it takes months of being disciplined to get results. That’s not to say I fell off the wagon a few times. Carbo binges, overdoing things and the occasional beer did get consumed, but I always returned to the program.

Seeing these results gives me the encouragement to not only continue, but follow the program more closely. Here is what I have done the last 4 months:

Supplements customised to Hair Test, Strict diet based on meat and vege and no/low carbs, Spring or filtered water, Coffee enemas, Home made sauna and meditation/behaviour exercise. I also do a few other bits and pieces that I’ve picked up over the years. I check with my consultant as to whether these are okay to do.

You might have already tried these treatments, just as I had, and made no progress. The secret is how they all fit in with each other. It’s a holistic approach. You take full responsibility for your own health and do 99% of the work. We all want someone else to do it for us or give us a quick fix but this isn’t what this program is about. And I wouldn’t want it any other way because I have all the best tools and techniques for the rest of my life. I understand why I got sick and have a better idea of who I am and how I want to spend my life.

Going Around In Circles…

Hair testing is one way to get some accurate information about your current health situation.

Hair tests give you an insight into what’s happening with your metabolism. They can also show mineral ratios and toxin levels but they need to be interpreted properly.

This is the first one I did in June 2002 when I hit the wall. This is what is called ‘low’ four lows and a serious health issue. Severe burnout or complete adrenal exhaustion is one way to describe it. Hell is probably another way to describe it. Mineral levels are meant to all be in the ‘ideal’ range which is the shaded area. Even better, they should be close to the black lines within the ideal range.

'Low' Four Lows :(

‘Low’ Four Lows 🙁

2002. Age 28. As you can see, only Zinc is where it should be for me. I was completely burnout back then. The big four – Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium, got used up as I ran on adrenalin and willpower for too long. Short bursts are okay, but going for months or years on end will use up these reserves.

The second test I did was in 2010; I was 38. Now you might be wondering what happened in between. Well, I didn’t realise how serious these imbalances were. The treatment plan was not what I wanted to hear, perhaps because it was too hard and was going to take longer than I was hoping. I was in denial and I obviously wasn’t ready to get better. I was jumping from one fix to the next. I was also listening to doctors who just said keep busy and working and stay positive. I needed more than that. At the time, I was looking for quick fix, I just wanted to get it over and done with so I could get my old life back. But my old life was destructive, why would I want to keep doing that? Because along with the lows came highs, I was obviously willing to do anything for those highs. This is where I had it all wrong and it took me along time to work out why.

4Lows_38yrs

The above test was done around Nov 2010. There hadn’t been any significant change after trying to do it myself. I had found a few treatments that had some positive effect on me, but I added in more supplements and gave it another go. I can’t recall exactly what happened but I think I began to feel better and thought I had fixed things.

I completely underestimated the discipline and effort required to balance these levels out once and for all. I also did not understand ‘retracement’ and how it can make you feel worse before you get better. Supplements are part of it but most likely will not work if they are solely relied upon. It takes a holistic approach that is ultimately designed by yourself, for yourself. Others can guide you, but no-one is ever going to be holding your hand every day telling you what to do and what not to do. It took me so long to stop relying on some other person or product to get me well.

Between 2010 and 2013 I had been making some progress but was still looking for some final pieces of the puzzle. I had stopped fighting it all and using willpower to get things done. It felt like I had given up in a way but this was part of recovery – not trying so hard. Giving up the fight and struggle and willing yourself to get well is not the way.

In late 2013, I decided to give it another shot and got a 3rd hair test done to see where I was at.

JH hair Test Oct 2013

After years of trying all sorts of treatments and then to be told I’m still severely burnt out was hard to take. I had to stop everything I was doing and have a complete re-think. It was obvious I was still going the wrong way about it. I had a few things right but I was completely missing other crucial areas. I had no choice but to keep on trying.
